Tips. An employee engaged in an occupation in which the employee customarily and regularly receives more than $30 a month in tips may have the amount of these tips credited by the employer against the minimum wage required by section 2(a)(1) or section 2(b)(1) of the Act, in accordance with section 3(m) of the Fair Labor Standards Act and Regulations 29 CFR Part 531. However, the amount of credit shall not exceed $1.34 per hour beginning January 1, 1981. To use this provision--

Tips. Tipping of personnel in certain venues (bar, restaurants, hotel cleaning staff, etc.) is allowed and will reimbursed by Collibra but should be in line with local/national customs and standards and based on the perceived quality of service by the venue/staff. Tips should be no more than 20% of the bill less tax and cash tips are discouraged. Properly itemized receipts are required for reimbursement.
Tips. Freshmart delivery personnel are allowed to accept tips. Customers are under no obligation to tip delivery personnel but have the option of doing so if exceptional service is provided by the delivery personnel.
