Common use of Timing of Design-Builder’s Demand for Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Timing of Design-Builder’s Demand for Arbitration. If Design-Builder disagrees with Owner’s decision rendered in accordance with Section 11.2, Design-Builder shall provide Owner with a written demand for arbitration. No demand for arbitration of any such Claim shall be made later than thirty (30) days after the date of Owner’s decision on such Claim; failure to demand arbitration within said thirty (30) day period shall result in Owner’s decision being final and binding upon Design-Builder and all Subcontractors.
