Timing and Scheduling a. The committee shall meet on the following months: September, October, November, January, February, March, April, and May. Other meetings may be scheduled by mutual agreement. The committee shall meet on the second Monday of the designated months from 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
b. The meeting locations will be the Board of Education room in the Board of Education building.
Timing and Scheduling. Client acknowledges and agrees that Designer’s ability to meet any and all schedules is entirely dependent upon Client’s prompt performance of its obligations to provide materials and written approvals and/or instructions pursuant to the Estimate. Any delays in Client’s performance or Changes in the Services requested by Client may delay delivery of the Final Work Product. Any such delay caused by Client shall not constitute a breach of any term, condition or Designer’s obligations under this Agreement. The Project shall be scheduled upon receipt of the Initial Deposit and an executed copy of this Agreement. The scope of the Project and scheduled Milestones shall be entered into Basecamp (project management software).
