Common use of Timing and place of Closing Clause in Contracts

Timing and place of Closing. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, Closing shall be effected by the Vendor satisfying its obligations under Clause 4.2 (Vendor’s Closing obligations ) and by the Purchaser satisfying its obligations under Clause 4.3 (Purchaser’s Closing obligations ) and shall take place on the Closing Date.
