Delivery of a duly completed Utilisation Request (Clause 5.1 (Delivery of the Utilisation Request)) or a Selection Notice (Clause 11.1 (Selection of Interest Periods)) U-3 9.30am Agent determines (in relation to the Utilisation) the amount of the Loan, if required under Clause 5.4 (Lenders’ participation) and notifies the Lenders of the Loan in accordance with Clause 5.4 (Lenders’ participation) Promptly after receipt of Utilisation Request LIBOR is fixed Quotation Day as of 11:00 a.m. London time “U” = date of Utilisation or, if applicable, in the case of the Loan that has already been borrowed, the first day of the relevant Interest Period for the Loan. “U-X” = X Business Days prior to date of Utilisation MATERIAL COMPANIES
