TIMETABLE ENTITLEMENT Sample Clauses

The Timetable Entitlement clause defines the rights and obligations of parties regarding the scheduling and allocation of time for the performance of contractual tasks or services. Typically, it sets out how much time is allotted for specific activities, the process for requesting extensions, and the circumstances under which timetable adjustments may be permitted, such as delays caused by unforeseen events. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the project timeline, helps manage expectations, and provides a mechanism for addressing delays, thereby reducing disputes related to scheduling and performance deadlines.
