Timely Response. Failure of the administration to respond in a timely fashion at any level shall permit the grievant to proceed to the next step in the procedure. Failure of the grievant to adhere to the time lines set forth herein shall be deemed a waiver of his/her right to proceed. Timelines may be mutually extended or waived.
