Timely notice not given. If you fail to notify the Bank within two (2) business days after learning that your password has been lost or stolen your liability shall not exceed the lesser of five hundred dollars ($500.00) or the sum of (i) fifty dollars ($50.00) or the amount of unauthorized transfers that occur within the two (2) business days (whichever is less) plus (ii) the amount of unauthorized transfers that occur after the close of two (2) business days and before notice to the Bank, provided the Bank establishes that these transfers would not have occurred had I notified the Bank within that two (2) day period.
