Common use of Timelines for Implementation Clause in Contracts

Timelines for Implementation. The parties undertake to complete each stage of implementation in good faith, on the basis of fair and reasonable timelines. The need to create a properly developed and comprehensive plan of job evaluation that addresses both the immediate and long-term needs of the parties is paramount.  Salary adjustments as a result of implementing the Plan shall be effective midnight March 31, 2004. The $92,000 to be expended for salary adjustments will be implemented upon completion of all job evaluations and in accordance with instructions of the Union.  Any additional salary adjustments are subject to negotiation between the parties during collective bargaining following March 31, 2004.
