Common use of Time Vesting Clause in Contracts

Time Vesting. Unless accelerated as otherwise provided in Section 6 of this Award Agreement or pursuant to a provision of the Plan, the Option shall become exercisable as to 200 Option Shares (one-sixth of the Option Shares) on August 1, 2007, 200 Option Shares (another one-sixth of the Option Shares) on August 1, 2008, and 200 Option Shares (another one-sixth of the Option Shares) on August 1, 2009 provided that the Optionee is employed on the relevant vesting dates.

Time Vesting. Unless accelerated as otherwise provided in Section 6 of this Award Agreement or pursuant to a provision of the Plan, the Option shall become exercisable as to 200 250 Option Shares (one-sixth quarter of the Option Shares) on August 1November 30, 20072008, 200 250 Option Shares (another one-sixth quarter of the Option Shares) on August 1November 30, 20082009, and 200 250 Option Shares (another one-sixth quarter of the Option Shares) on August 1November 30, 2009 2010 provided that the Optionee is employed on the relevant vesting dates.
