Time to Report. Any employee failing to report for duty within fifteen (15) days, excluding Saturday and Sunday, from the date of the registered mail or telex, shall be considered to have resigned without notice.
Time to Report. TK through 8th grade unit members shall report to school/site not later than fifteen (15) minutes prior to their first regular class or conference period. 9-12th grade unit members shall report to school/site not later than ten (10) minutes prior to their first regular class or conference period.
Time to Report. All accidents must be reported, in writing, to Contracting Officer, COTR or his/her designee within three (3) calendar days from the date of the accident.
Time to Report. The recalled employee shall have seven (7) calendar days following the date of mailing of the recall notice to notify the Employer of the intention to return to work and shall have ten (10) calendar days following the mailing date of the recall notice in which to report for duty, unless a later date for returning to work is otherwise specified in the notice.
