Time to Mitigate. If Customer has provided all necessary information to allow Provider to initiate mitigation countermeasures, the Time to Mitigate goal is measured from the time Customer approval is received by Provider to the time actual mitigation countermeasures are commenced. “Customer approval” shall mean the time Provider receives verbal permission from Customer to initiate mitigation countermeasures.
