Time Records and Reports. The Consultant shall prepare accurate and complete records of the Consultant's services for the Company under this Agreement and agrees to submit records on a monthly basis to the Company, along with such other documentation of the services performed under this Agreement as reasonably requested by the Company.

  • Records and Reports 5.1 The Local Manager will keep accurate and detailed records with respect to all receipts, investments, sales, disbursements and other transactions carried out by the Local Manager for the Investment Adviser or with a Portfolio.

  • Books Records and Reports 12.1 At all times during the continuance of the Company, the Company shall keep or cause to be kept full and true books of account, in which shall be entered fully and accurately each transaction of the Company. The books of account, together with an executed copy of the Certificate of Formation of the Company and any amendments thereto, shall at all times be maintained at the principal office of the Company and shall be open to inspection and examination by the members or their representatives at reasonable hours and upon reasonable notice.   • Inspection of Records and Reports Every Trustee shall have the right at any reasonable time to inspect all books, records, and documents of every kind and the physical properties of the Trust. This inspection by a Trustee may be made in person or by an agent or attorney and the right of inspection includes the right to copy and make extracts of documents. No Shareholder shall have any right to inspect any account, book or document of the Trust that is not publicly available, except as conferred by the Trustees.   • Information and Reports A. The Subadviser shall keep the Fund and the Adviser informed of developments relating to its duties as Subadviser of which the Subadviser has, or should have, knowledge that would materially affect the Designated Series. In this regard, the Subadviser shall provide the Fund, the Adviser and their respective officers with such periodic reports concerning the obligations the Subadviser has assumed under this Agreement as the Fund and the Adviser may from time to time reasonably request. In addition, prior to each meeting of the Trustees, the Subadviser shall provide the Adviser and the Trustees with reports regarding the Subadviser’s management of the Designated Series during the most recently completed quarter, which reports: (i) shall include Subadviser’s representation that its performance of its investment management duties hereunder is in compliance with the Fund’s investment objectives and practices, the Act and applicable rules and regulations under the Act, and the diversification and minimum “good income” requirements of Subchapter M under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and (ii) otherwise shall be in such form as may be mutually agreed upon by the Subadviser and the Adviser.

  • RECORDS AND STATEMENTS The records of the Trustee pertaining to the Plan must be open to the inspection of the Plan Administrator, the Advisory Committee and the Employer at all reasonable times and may be audited from time to time by any person or persons as the Employer, Plan Administrator or Advisory Committee may specify in writing. The Trustee must furnish the Plan Administrator or Advisory Committee with whatever information relating to the Trust Fund the Plan Administrator or Advisory Committee considers necessary.
