TIME RATES. 28. The minimum rates of pay for part-time employees shall be prorated on an hourly basis. 29. Part-time employees shall be given credit for actual hours of work in arriving at their regular hourly rate. 30. Employees shall receive credit for all time served under different Employers in arriving at the proper wage rate. 31. Female employees replacing male employees shall be paid the rate for male employees providing such female employees are able to perform in full the duties of the male employees.
