  • Local Business Enterprise and Non-Discrimination in Contracting Ordinance Contractor shall comply with all applicable provisions of Chapter 14B (“LBE Ordinance”). Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 14B.   • Scope of Services The specific scope of work for each job shall be determined in advance and in writing between TIPS Member, Member’s design professionals and Vendor. (d) If, within seven (7) business days after our confirmation of the original purchase order for shares of a Portfolio, such shares are redeemed by the issuing Portfolio or tendered for redemption by the customer, you agree (i) to refund promptly to us the full amount of any agency fee, distribution payment, or service payment paid to you on such shares, and (ii) if not yet paid to you, to forfeit the right to receive any agency fee, distribution payment, or service payment payable to you on such shares. We will notify you of any such redemption within ten (10) days after the date of the redemption. 4.
