Time of the Award. The award shall be made promptly by the Arbitrator and, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing or specified by law, no later than thirty days from the date of closing the hearing, or, if oral hearings have not been held, from the date of the transmittal of the final briefs, statements and proofs to the Arbitrator.
