Common use of Time of Payment of Fees and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Time of Payment of Fees and Expenses. Borrower shall pay all expenses and fees incurred as of the Loan Opening on the Loan Opening Date (unless sooner required herein). At the time of the Opening of the Loan, Lender may pay from the proceeds of the initial disbursement of the Loan all Loan expenses and all fees payable to Lender. Lender may require the payment of outstanding fees and expenses as a condition to any disbursement of the Loan. Lender is hereby authorized, without any specific request or direction by Borrower, to make disbursements from time to time in payment of or to reimburse Lender for all Loan expenses and fees.
