Time Limits/Procedure. No grievance shall be entertained except in accordance with the procedures specified in this contract. Failure of the grievant or Association to advance the grievance to the next step of the grievance procedure within the time limits contained in this Article shall render the grievance null and void. Failure of the Board or administration to respond to the grievance within the time limits contained herein shall constitute a denial of the grievance thereby triggering the right of the grievant/Association to pursue the grievance to the next step of the procedure.
