Time Limits; Duration Clause Samples
The 'Time Limits; Duration' clause defines the specific periods during which certain rights, obligations, or actions under the agreement are valid or must be performed. It typically sets start and end dates for the contract or for particular provisions, and may outline deadlines for delivering goods, providing services, or exercising contractual rights. By clearly establishing these timeframes, the clause ensures that all parties understand their temporal responsibilities and helps prevent disputes related to timing or the expiration of obligations.
