Time limit for transaction reporting. Notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement, Company will not be liable for any such incomplete/failed transactions unless a Client reports such incomplete/failed transaction to Company within one calendar year from the date he/she became aware of the incomplete/failed transaction and reported it to Company.
