Time Limit for Submitting Invoices. Contractor shall electronically submit invoices to San Mateo Medical Center administration no later than the last day of the second month following the month in which Contractor’s services were provided. For example, the deadline for submission of an invoice for January 2022 services would be March 31, 2022. Unexcused failure to timely submit an invoice shall result in forfeiture of compensation. SMMC shall exercise reasonable judgment in determining whether Contractor’s failure to timely submit an invoice is excusable.
