Time for Response. Upon receipt of a proper written request for record, the CWC shall provide a response to the requester within ten business days unless: 1. The requester has requested an expedited response and has demonstrated that the record request benefits the public rather than the person, in which case the response shall be provided within five business days; or 2. “Extraordinary circumstances” exist under Section 63G-2-204(5) of ▇▇▇▇▇, in which case the response time will be extended for an additional period of time.
