Common use of Time for Performance Clause in Contracts

Time for Performance. 3.1 Contractor shall perform the services according to the schedule contained in Exhibit F. 3.2 Timeliness of Performance i) Contractor shall provide the Services, and Deliverables within the term and within the time limits required under this Agreement, pursuant to the provisions of Exhibit A and Exhibit F. ii) Neither Contractor nor Contractor’s agents, employees nor subcontractors are entitled to any damages from the City, nor is any party entitled to be reimbursed by the City, for damages, charges or other losses or expenses incurred by Contractor by reason of delays or hindrances in the performance of the Services, whether or not caused by the City.
