Common use of Time for Exercise Clause in Contracts

Time for Exercise. Optionee may elect to exercise the options at the times and for the number of shares indicated as follows: (a) On or after June 29, 1999, to and including June 28, 2000, 12,500 shares; (b) On or after June 29, 2000, to and including June 28, 2001, 12,500 shares; (c) On or after June 29, 2001, to and including June 28, 2002, 12,500 shares; and (d) On or after June 29, 2002, to and including June 28, 2008 (the "Option Termination Date"), 12,500 shares. However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.

Time for Exercise. Optionee may elect to exercise the options at the times and for the number of shares indicated as follows: (a) On or after June 29August 14, 1999, to and including June 28August 13, 2000, 12,500 25,000 shares; (b) On or after June 29August 14, 2000, to and including June 28August 13, 2001, 12,500 25,000 shares; (c) On or after June 29August 14, 2001, to and including June 28August 13, 2002, 12,500 25,000 shares; and (d) On or after June 29August 14, 2002, to and including June 28August 13, 2008 (the "Option Termination Date"), 12,500 25,000 shares. However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.

Time for Exercise. Optionee may elect to exercise the options at the times and for the number of shares indicated as follows: (a) On or after June 29August 18, 19991998, to and including June 28August 17, 20001999, 12,500 25,000 shares; (b) On or after June 29August 18, 20001999, to and including June 28August 17, 20012000, 12,500 25,000 shares; (c) On or after June 29August 18, 20012000, to and including June 28August 17, 20022001, 12,500 25,000 shares; and (d) On or after June 29August 18, 20022001, to and including June 28August 17, 2008 2007 (the "Option Termination Date"), 12,500 25,000 shares. However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.

Optionee may elect to exercise the options at the times and for the number of shares indicated as follows: (a) On or after June 295, 19991998, to and including June 284, 20001999, 12,500 50,000 shares; (b) On or after June 295, 20001999, to and including June 284, 20012000, 12,500 50,000 shares; (c) On or after June 295, 20012000, to and including June 284, 20022001, 12,500 50,000 shares; and (d) On or after June 295, 20022001, to and including June 284, 2008 2007 (the "Option Termination Date"), 12,500 50,000 shares. However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.

Time for Exercise. Optionee may elect to exercise the options at the times and for the number of shares indicated as follows: (a) On or after June 2925, 1999, to and including June 2824, 2000, 12,500 6,250 shares; (b) On or after June 2925, 2000, to and including June 2824, 2001, 12,500 6,250 shares; (c) On or after June 2925, 2001, to and including June 2824, 2002, 12,500 6,250 shares; and (d) On or after June 2925, 2002, to and including June 2824, 2008 (the "Option Termination Date"), 12,500 6,250 shares. However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.

Time for Exercise. Optionee may elect to exercise the options at the times and for the number of shares indicated as follows: (a) On or after June 29August 14, 19992009, to and including June 28August 13, 20002010, 12,500 18,750 shares;; and (b) On or after June 29August 14, 20002010, to and including June 28August 13, 20012011, 12,500 an additional 18,750 shares; (c) On or after June 29August 14, 20012011, to and including June 28August 13, 20022012, 12,500 an additional 18,750 shares; and; (d) On or after June 29August 14, 20022012, to and including June 28but before August 14, 2008 2018 (the "“Option Termination Date"”), 12,500 an additional 18, 750 shares. However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either any period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date Date, in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.

Optionee may elect to exercise the options at the times and for the number of shares indicated as follows: (a) On or after June 29May 26, 1999, to and including June 28May 25, 2000, 12,500 6,250 shares; (b) On or after June 29May 26, 2000, to and including June 28May 25, 2001, 12,500 6,250 shares; (c) On or after June 29May 26, 2001, to and including June 28May 25, 2002, 12,500 6,250 shares; and (d) On or after June 29May 26, 2002, to and including June 28May 25, 2008 (the "Option Termination Date"), 12,500 6,250 shares. However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.

However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.

Time for Exercise. Optionee may elect to exercise the options at the times and for the number of shares indicated as follows: (a) On or after June 29January 21, 1999, to and including June 28January 20, 2000, 12,500 3,750 shares; (b) On or after June 29January 21, 2000, to and including June 28January 20, 2001, 12,500 3,750 shares; (c) On or after June 29January 21, 2001, to and including June 28January 20, 2002, 12,500 3,750 shares; and (d) On or after June 29January 21, 2002, to and including June 28January 20, 2008 (the "Option Termination Date"), 12,500 3,750 shares. However, if Optionee does not purchase the full number of shares to which Optionee is entitled in either period (a), (b) or (c) above, Optionee is permitted to purchase those remaining shares in a later period through and including the Option Termination Date in addition to those shares which Optionee may otherwise be entitled to purchase.
