TIME ASSIGNMENTS Sample Clauses

The TIME ASSIGNMENTS clause establishes specific deadlines or timeframes within which certain tasks, obligations, or deliverables must be completed under the agreement. It typically outlines when each party is expected to perform their duties, such as submitting documents, completing work phases, or making payments, and may include provisions for extensions or consequences for delays. By clearly defining these time-related expectations, the clause helps ensure that the project or contractual relationship proceeds in an orderly manner and reduces the risk of disputes over timing.
