Time and Materials Adjusting Services. An Adjuster may be required to participate in hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and other court proceedings that relate to a claim that was previously assigned to the Adjuster. Vendor may also be required to provide qualified Adjusters for various tasks unrelated to a specific claim. Services provided pursuant to this paragraph will be compensated on a time and materials basis at the hourly rates provided in Section 7.2. of the Contract.
