Tiles Clause Samples
The "Tiles" clause defines the requirements and responsibilities related to the supply, installation, and quality of tiles used in a construction project. It typically specifies the types of tiles to be used, standards for workmanship, and procedures for handling defects or replacements. For example, it may require that all tiles meet certain durability standards and be installed according to manufacturer guidelines. This clause ensures that both parties are clear on expectations regarding tile work, reducing disputes over quality and performance.
