Common use of Tie-In Points Clause in Contracts

Tie-In Points. The Parties acknowledge that they have established tie-in points between the Plant and the Mill, and that such tie-in points are specifically set forth in Schedule 1.11. Neither Party shall alter the location and design basis of such tie-in points without the written consent of the other Party, which consent shall not be unreasonably be withheld.
