Common use of Threshold or Above Clause in Contracts

Threshold or Above. If, upon the conclusion of the Performance Period, EPS CAGR for the Performance Period is exactly equal to one of the levels set forth in the Performance Matrix, the Initial EPS CAGR Percentage shall be equal to the percentage set forth opposite such level in the Performance Matrix. If, upon the conclusion of the Performance Period, EPS CAGR for the Performance Period falls between two levels set forth in the Performance Matrix, the Initial EPS CAGR Percentage shall be based on straight-line mathematical interpolation between the percentages applicable to such levels.
