Common use of Threshold for Adjustments Clause in Contracts

Threshold for Adjustments. Anything in this Section to the contrary notwithstanding, the Corporation shall not be required to give effect to any adjustment until the cumulative resulting adjustment in the Exercise Price pursuant to this Section shall have required a change of the Exercise Price by at least $.20, but when the cumulative net effect of more than one adjustment so determined shall be to change the Exercise Price by at least $.40, such full change in the Exercise Price shall thereupon be given effect. No adjustment shall be made by reason of the issuance of shares upon conversion rights, stock issuance rights or similar rights currently outstanding or any change in the number of treasury shares held by the Corporation.
