Three-Sixty Events Sample Clauses
Three-Sixty Events has the right to demand (additional) security for the fulfilment of payment obligations, as well as to suspend compliance with the agreement until the aforementioned security has been met.
Three-Sixty Events is entitled to suspend or discontinue the set-up, or to dismantle and remove the rented property if the safety of the rented property, and of his staff and third parties is not guaranteed. Three-Sixty Events can take this decision autonomously, after consultation with the Client, due to bad weather conditions, bad weather forecasts, poor working conditions for its staff, danger to visitors or general safety reasons.
Three-Sixty Events will adequately insure the volunteers it has engaged itself.
Three-Sixty Events is not liable for damage caused by leakage as a result of rain, storm, hail or the like, nor for condensation water from a plasticised tarpaulin.
