This Plan’s Code §415 Limitation. The Annual Additions that may be credited to a Participant’s Account under this Plan for any Limitation Year will not exceed the Maximum Permissible Amount (defined in subsection (c)(6) below), reduced by the Annual Additions credited to a Participant’s Account under any other Defined Contribution Plan, welfare benefit fund, individual medical account, or SEP maintained by the Employer for the same Limitation Year.
