Third year Administrator. Any administrator who has completed the first and second year must be appointed to a three year contract if continuing in the same classification and division. Three year contracts shall be renewed thereafter unless the unit member has, with proper notice, been reassigned to a non-administrative position or has applied for and been selected for a new classification.
