Third Step Grievance Sample Clauses
The Third Step Grievance clause outlines the procedures for escalating a workplace dispute or complaint to a higher level of review, typically after initial attempts at resolution have failed. In practice, this step often involves submitting the grievance to senior management or a designated committee, and may require formal documentation or a meeting between the parties involved. Its core function is to provide a structured opportunity for unresolved issues to be addressed at a higher authority, ensuring that grievances are thoroughly considered before further escalation or arbitration.
