Third Party Use. If You are a User Developing Commercial Products, Your contractors may use the Licensed Materials as specified in this Section 3 above and subject to Your permitted use as specified in Section 2, provided: (i) their use of Licensed Materials is solely on behalf of and in support of Your business, (ii) they agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and (iii) You are solely responsible for their use of Licensed Materials.
