Third Party Selection. The evaluator and the evaluatee shall attempt to mutually agree upon the third party. Failing agreement, the matter shall be referred to the evaluator's supervisor who shall select an appropriate third party from any of the following categories of job classifications: teacher, specialist, consultant, coordinator, director, or assistant director, or other parties as agreed. If the dispute involves an evaluatee who is a Counselor, School Nurse, Speech-Language Pathologist, or School Psychologist, the third party shall be credentialed in the same area as the evaluatee. The third party shall make recommendations to the evaluatee and the evaluator.
