Third Party Requests. If Licensor receives a request from a third party in connection with any government investigation or court proceeding that Licensor believes would require it to produce any Personal Data, Licensor will inform ▇▇▇▇▇ in writing of such request and cooperate with Buyer if Buyer wishes to limit, challenge or protect against such disclosure, to the extent permitted by applicable Law.
