Common use of Third Party Marks Clause in Contracts

Third Party Marks. RED acknowledges that CloudMinds may be required by third party right holders to indicate the use of such third party’s Intellectual Property Rights on the Products, and RED agrees that CloudMinds shall have the right to ▇▇▇▇ such third party’s brands or source on the Products pursuant to the license agreements that CloudMinds has with such third parties, provided that the manner of marking such third party brands or source on the Products shall be approved by RED in advance.
