Common use of Third Party Marks Clause in Contracts

Third Party Marks. Licensee shall have the right from time to time to use Marks owned by third parties ("Third Party Marks") in conjunction with the Licensed Marks, in connection with products or services with respect to which Licensed Marks are used; provided that, (i) Licensee obtains consent from the relevant third party to use such Third Party Marks; and (ii) use of the Licensed Marks in conjunction with such Third Party Marks shall be in conformance with the Licensor's Quality Standards set forth in Article 5; provided that, upon request, Licensor shall have the right to review and approve Licensee's uses of such Third Party Marks. Under no circumstances shall Licensee be permitted to join the Licensed Marks with any Third Party Marks so as to form a new ▇▇▇▇. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Licensee shall be permitted to use the Road Runner Marks and Copyrights in conjunction with the Licensed Marks in conformance with the Quality Standards set forth in Article 5.
