Third Party Intermediaries. In the event Subscriber will utilize a third party intermediary (e.g., Internet service provider or other network provider) for the purpose of receiving Services, Subscriber shall first enter into an agreement with such third party under which such third party acts solely as a network conduit for the delivery of the Services to Subscriber and which prohibits such third party from using, or otherwise accessing, the Services for any other purpose. Subscriber shall be solely liable for any actions or omissions of such third parties which result in a breach of this Agreement.

HEALTHY LIVES does not maintain any of your credit card information. Any third-party credit authorization companies or credit card billing companies do maintain personal information for any secondary purposes.
