Subscriber Access. Subscriber agrees that TURSS may store data provided to Subscriber hereunder on behalf of Subscriber to be used by Subscriber solely for audit or compliance purposes and for no other purpose. All data stored on behalf of Subscriber by TURSS shall be owned by Subscriber and may not be modified in any manner.

Subscriber Access. The Subscriber whose Application is approved will be provided with a single username and password, to be used only by the Subscriber in the ordinary course of business. The Subscriber will enter this username and password on the first page of the search site. The Clerk provides an on-line database allowing “inquiry only” access to Madison County Circuit Court Clerk’s Offices indices and/or documents. The Clerk reserves the right to modify the data made available on the site.
Subscriber Access. The Software may require you to obtain a user identification and password for access and use, and certain specific services may require additional codes. You shall use reasonable endeavors, including reasonable security measures relating to access, to ensure that no unauthorized person, including any employee or contractor for any parent, subsidiaries, affiliated entities or third parties, gains access to the Software without our prior written consent. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the user identification, passwords and codes ("User Information") assigned to you for any activity that occurs under your account as a result of your failing to keep User Information secure and confidential. You shall promptly inform us in writing of any need to deactivate or replace any User Information due to security concerns. IDI will not be held liable for any harm related to theft of your User Information, your disclosure of your User Information, or your authorization to allow another person or entity to access and use the Services using your User Information. You agree to notify us immediately as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized use of your User Information. You may not use anyone else’s User Information at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that User Information and IDI.
Subscriber Access. For the purposes of assisting the Subscribers and their Representatives to understand the Brand Business and to prepare for the transition to the Subscribers' normal working procedures, the Companies must procure that from the date of this agreement until Completion the Subscribers and their Representatives are given reasonable access on reasonable notice to the Assets, Properties and Records provided that the Companies are not obliged to comply with this clause 6.1 to the extent that giving such access would cause material disruption to or have a material adverse effect on, the day to day conduct of the Brand Business or constitute a breach by the Companies or any Brand Company of any law or of the terms of any agreement to which it is party.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time. Access will be provided at least daily. Zone files will include SRS data committed as close as possible to 00:00:00 UTC.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • EU Access SAP will use only European Subprocessors to provide support requiring access to Personal Data in the Cloud Service and SAP shall not export Personal Data outside of the EEA or Switzerland unless expressly authorized by Customer in writing (e-mail permitted) on a case by case basis; or as excluded under Section 9.4.

  • Parent Access To the extent required by law the LEA shall establish reasonable procedures by which a parent, legal guardian, or eligible student may review Education Records and/or Student Data correct erroneous information, and procedures for the transfer of student-generated content to a personal account, consistent with the functionality of services. Provider shall respond in a reasonably timely manner (and no later than forty five (45) days from the date of the request or pursuant to the time frame required under state law for an LEA to respond to a parent or student, whichever is sooner) to the LEA’s request for Student Data in a student’s records held by the Provider to view or correct as necessary. In the event that a parent of a student or other individual contacts the Provider to review any of the Student Data accessed pursuant to the Services, the Provider shall refer the parent or individual to the LEA, who will follow the necessary and proper procedures regarding the requested information.

  • Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. For the purposes of this section, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider of MFMP the right and license to use, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and publicly display within the system the information outlined above. In addition, the Contractor warrants and represents that it is authorized and empowered to and hereby grants the State and the third-party provider the right and license to reproduce and display within the system the Contractor’s trademarks, system marks, logos, trade dress, or other branding designation that identifies the products made available by the Contractor under the Contract.

  • Internet Access Data and information may be made electronically accessible to the Company through Internet access to one or more links provided by the Administrator or a sub-administrator (“Web Link”). All rights in Web Link (including text and “look and feel” attributes) are owned by the sub-administrator. Any commercial use of the content or any other aspect of Web Link requires the written permission of the sub-administrator. Use of the Web Link by the Company will be subject to any terms of use set forth on the web site. Web Link and the information (including text, graphics and functionality) in the Web Link is presented “As Is” and “As Available” without express or implied warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The sub-administrator neither warrants that the Web Link will be uninterrupted or error free, nor guarantees the accessibility, reliability, performance, timeliness, sequence, or completeness of information provided on the Web Link.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.
