Third Party Enforcement Rights. 24.1 Each of the persons to whom clauses 9.1 and/or 9.2 and/or 12.3 applies may under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 enforce the terms of clauses 9.1 and/or 9.2 and/or 12.3 (as applicable). This right is subject to: (i) the rights of the parties to rescind or vary this Agreement without the consent of any other person and; (ii) the other terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Third Party Enforcement Rights. 23.1 Each of the persons to whom clauses 7.1 and/or 7.2 applies may under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000 enforce the terms of clauses 7.1 and/or 7.2 (as applicable). This right is subject to: (i) the rights of the parties to rescind or vary this agreement without the consent of any other person and; (ii) the other terms and conditions of this agreement.
Third Party Enforcement Rights. The Company is hereby made an express third-party beneficiary of the rights granted to Parent under this Agreement and shall be entitled to enforce Parent’s rights under this Agreement pursuant to Section 5.17 if any Stockholder breaches or otherwise fails to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
Third Party Enforcement Rights. Except as expressly stipulated in this Agreement, this Agreement shall not grant any right to persons who are not a party to this Agreement. To the extent this Agreement expressly grants rights to third parties, the Parties to this Agreement shall be permitted to change or exclude such rights at any time without the consent of the respective third party.

Third Party Enforcement Rights. 6.1 The specified third-party beneficiaries of the releases, waivers, undertakings and/or commitments referred to in Clause 3 (Releases and Waivers) shall, in each case, have the right to enforce the relevant terms by reason of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. The rights of any such third-party beneficiary are subject to the other terms and conditions of this Release Deed.
Third Party Enforcement Rights. 30.1 The Connected Persons specified in clause 24 (Whole Agreement) shall have the right to enforce the relevant terms of that clause by reason of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000. This right is subject to (i) the rights of the parties to amend or vary this Agreement without the consent of any Connected Person and; (ii) the other terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Third Party Enforcement Rights. A person who is not a Party to this Deed shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Chapter 623 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to enforce any of its terms.
Third Party Enforcement Rights. 35.1 The specified third party beneficiaries of the undertakings or commitments referred to in Clauses 6 (Seller Warranties, Undertakings and Indemnities) 15 (Guarantees and other Third Party Assurances) and 23.12 (Confidentiality) shall, in each case, have the right to enforce the relevant terms by reason of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000. The rights of any such third party beneficiary are subject to (i) the rights of the parties to amend or vary this Agreement without the consent of that third party and (ii) the other terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Third Party Enforcement Rights. No person who is not a Party to this Agreement, other than a person granted specific rights under this Agreement, shall have any right under any applicable legislation giving rights to such persons or on any other basis, to enforce any of its terms.
