Third Party Documentation. Other than Documentation for Approved Third-Party Materials and Approved Open-Source Components, no Documentation will consist of or include Third-Party Materials. To the extent Documentation consists of or includes Third-Party Materials, Contractor must secure, at its sole cost and expense, all rights, licenses, consents, approvals and authorizations specified in Section 14.3 with respect to Approved Third-Party Materials.

Third Party Documentation. All third party equipment used shall be accompanied by the following documentation:  All technical drawings (layout, circuit diagrams, flow charts etc.)  Maintenance / Operating manualsUser manuals  Software if applicable Acceptance for the use of any third party equipment shall be obtained from the Project Manager prior to the acquisition of any such equipment. The Project Manager also has to approve any documentation provided for such equipment.
Third Party Documentation. As soon as practical following the Effective Date, Gogo shall request all necessary technical documentation from the manufacturer and/or designer of components of the Retrofit A/C with which the Equipment and Software will interface, including but not limited to, aircraft wiring data (“Third Party Documentation”). Gogo shall enter into such confidentiality agreements as are reasonably required by such manufacturer and/or designer in order to obtain such documentation. In the event that Gogo is not successful in obtaining the Third Party Documentation and such event may adversely impact the Program schedule, Gogo shall promptly notify Delta and Delta will provide reasonable assistance to Gogo in obtaining such documentation at no cost to Gogo if possible. If despite such efforts payment is required for the Third Party Documentation, such costs will be borne by Gogo.

Third Party Documentation. Agent shall have received final executed copies of the Motorola Documents and the Subordinated Loan Documentation (including an amendment thereto pursuant to which the amount of the "Senior Obligations" and the "Guarantor Senior Obligations" defined therein is increased to at least $100,000,000) which shall contain terms and provisions, including subordination terms, satisfactory to Agent;

The summary of results shall be sufficiently detailed to provide satisfactory basis for thorough review by the State, The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and (where applicable) agencies with regulatory oversight. All deliverables shall meet regulatory requirements for legal sufficiency, and shall adhere to the requirements for reports enumerated in the State’s NEPA MOU.
