THIRD PARTY DEPENDENCY. In the event that a Supplier is dependent upon a third party to provide support for a product or product component, it is incumbent upon the Supplier to establish an agreement with the third party, such that the Supplier is capable of meeting the expectations identified in this SLA by working through the 3rd party.
