THIRD PARTY DEPENDENCY. In the event that EZchip is dependent upon a third party to provide support for a product or product component, it is incumbent upon EZchip to establish a written agreement with the third party, such that EZchip is capable of meeting the expectations identified in the Agreement by working through the third party.
