Common use of Third Party Components Clause in Contracts

To the extent the Services includes components governed by open source licenses with provisions inconsistent with these Product Passthrough Terms, those components are instead governed solely by the applicable open source licenses. To the extent the Services includes components governed by open source licenses requiring the provision of corresponding source code for those components, Provider hereby provides that source code consistent with those licenses.
