Third Party Cloud Services Clause Samples
The Third Party Cloud Services clause defines the terms under which a party may use external cloud-based platforms or services in connection with the agreement. Third Party Cloud Services. 1. B-EN-G shall use the following third-party cloud services to provide the Service.
(1) Amazon Web Services Japan, LLC ("AWS Japan") Amazon Web Services provided by Amazon Web Services Japan, LLC.
(2) Zendesk Corporation ("Zendesk") Zendesk provided by Zendesk
Third Party Cloud Services. OwnBackup’s Applications depend on the continuing availability of, and access to, the Third-Party Cloud Services, including application programming interfaces. If a Third-Party Cloud Service for which Customer has purchased an Application ceases to be available on reasonable terms for interoperation with OwnBackup’s Applications (other than due to a temporary issue or Customer’s act or omission), then Customer may terminate the affected Order Forms and OwnBackup will refund to Customer any prepaid and unused fees on a pro rata basis. OwnBackup’s SaaS Services copy Customer Data from the Third-Party Cloud Services to the OwnBackup SaaS Services. Third-Party Cloud Service providers are not responsible for the privacy, security or integrity of such copies of Customer Data in OwnBackup’s SaaS Services instead, those copies of Customer Data are covered by the protections in this Agreement. OwnBackup’s Applications may automatically query Customer’s Third-Party Cloud Service accounts for the sole purpose of validating the purchased quantity of OwnBackup’s Applications.
Third Party Cloud Services. Customer acknowledges that Customer may transfer Device Data and Device Specific Data via Mbed Cloud to a third-party cloud provider for the use of such third party’s cloud services and that Customer does so entirely at its own risk. Arm makes no representation or warranty of any kind in respect of any third-party’s cloud services and shall have no liability whatsoever for the Device Data or Device Specific Data while it is being transmitted from Mbed Cloud to the third party’s cloud.
Third Party Cloud Services. 7.1.1. ETS shall provide the Managed Cloud Services and Support in respect of environments under ETS’s responsibility as specified in the Service Order, including any ETS Services and any third party cloud software and services purchased by the Customer as part of the Services.
7.1.2. Where the Services include third party cloud software and services purchased by the Customer, as described in Clause 9.1 (Licences ETS Provides) of the Master Cloud Services Agreement, the applicable Service Schedule shall also apply.
Third Party Cloud Services. QSS relies on cloud Web Services to securely store its database, logs and uploaded files, to host and monitor the machines running QSS, and to send system emails. This Agreement is bound by the agreements of such services which can be found here: QSS website uses your Facebook, Twitter or Google credentials for login. Please follow the recommendations of Facebook/Twitter/Google with regard to the use of "strong" passwords. You are responsible for safeguarding any password/keys/credentials used to access QSS and for any activities or actions under these credentials. You must notify QCRI immediately if you think your account has been stolen by someone else, by creating a support ticket through the “Contact us” link in QSS website.
