Common use of Third-Party Charges Clause in Contracts

Third-Party Charges. Charges separate and apart from Verizon Services Charges. These may include charges resulting from accessing internet-based services or purchasing products, services or subscriptions through interactive options available through the Services. Third party charges may include subscription fees, one-time fees, recurring monthly charges, and additional service and internet charges or fees from a wireless or internet service provider (which may be a third party or a Verizon Affiliate).
