Common use of Third-Party Certifications Clause in Contracts

Third-Party Certifications. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall have the option to have any or all third party certifications, listings, or qualifications for an [HW Gen] Component (“Listings”) be obtained in the name of Aurora or its Customer. If Aurora elects such an option: (a) Aurora will be responsible for all applicable fees for such Listings; and (b) such Listings shall be considered for purposes of this Agreement to be part of the Customer Identification.
