Crusader may not participate in any registration statement hereunder unless it completes and executes all questionnaires, powers of attorney, indemnities, underwriting agreements, and other documents reasonably required under the terms of such underwriting arrangements, including an opinion of its counsel; provided, however, that Crusader shall not be required to make any representations or warranties in connection with any such registration other than representations and warranties as to (i) Crusader’s ownership of its Registrable Securities to be sold or transferred free and clear of all liens, claims, and encumbrances, (ii) Crusader’s power and authority to effect such transfer, and (iii) such matters pertaining to compliance with securities laws as may be reasonably requested.

We do not warrant that the functions contained in the Service will be uninterrupted or error free and we shall not be responsible for any service interruptions (including, but not limited to, power outages, system failures or other interruptions that may affect the receipt, processing, acceptance, completion or settlement of Payment Transactions or the Service).
